What Sourcing from India Actually Looks Like — Step by Step
No surprises. No silence. A clear process you can follow from the first message to the last delivery.
Most international buyers have been through a version of this. You find a production partner in India, the sample looks right, you place an order — and then somewhere between payment and delivery, communication becomes unreliable. The product arrives different from what you approved, or the supplier stops responding when you need them most.
This page explains exactly how NexaCrest governs every order — what happens at each stage, what the NexaCrest Order Standard requires at each stage, and what happens after your shipment arrives. Including the part most exporters leave out entirely.
The NexaCrest Order Standard — Six Checkpoints. Every Order.
Every order placed through NexaCrest International Group is governed by the NexaCrest Order Standard (NOS). This is not a marketing claim. It is how every order is managed — from the specification you approve to the follow-up after your shipment arrives.
Two layers of control on every order:
Division Level — e.g. StoneCrest International 6-Stage QC
Answers: "Is the product right?" Material grade, finish, dimensions, packaging — product-specific quality controlled by the division.
Group Level — NexaCrest Order Standard:
Answers: "Is the buyer covered end to end?" Specification lock, manufacturer alignment, pre-shipment release, accountability, post-delivery continuity — governed by NexaCrest across every division.
A buyer dealing with NexaCrest has both. That is not a claim. That is the structure.

These six checkpoints are the NexaCrest Order Standard — the group-level control layer applied to every order, across every division.
Manufacturing Control Alignment
What it is: Production is executed through NexaCrest-controlled manufacturing partners who meet the category-specific standards for your product. The manufacturing network is defined and controlled. The selection criteria are fixed. This is the entry gate — not a negotiation. What you experience: You are not dealing with whoever was available that week. You are dealing with the right source for your product and your market's standard.
Specification Lock
What it is: Your approved sample becomes the binding reference document. Every subsequent stage — production, inspection, pre-shipment review — is measured against your approval, not factory interpretation. This is locked before production begins. What you experience: What you approved is what gets shipped. Not approximately. Not usually. Every time.
Division QC Execution
What it is: Each division applies its specialist, structured QC process. For StoneCrest International, this is a 6-stage QC protocol. Standards are set at group level. Execution is the division's specialist responsibility. What you experience: Two layers of control. NexaCrest sets the bar. The division clears it — through a defined process, not a spot check.
Pre-Shipment Release Control
What it is: No shipment is loaded without passing a pre-shipment review against the locked specification. This is a release gate — not an advisory check. If the product does not meet your Checkpoint 02 reference, it does not ship. What you experience: Nothing leaves India without clearance against what you approved. The factory does not decide when the shipment is ready. NexaCrest does.
Single Accountability Contact
What it is: One named contact — Gulmohar S — is accountable from order confirmation through to delivery. Communication does not fragment across teams or handoffs. The person you spoke to at the start is the person responsible at the end. What you experience: You always know who to call. You never hear "let me check with my colleague." One person. Throughout.
This is where most exporters disappear. We do not.
What it is: The relationship does not end when the invoice is paid. After your shipment arrives, NexaCrest follows up directly — to confirm the product performed in your market, whether your customers are satisfied, and whether anything needs attention. If there is a problem after delivery, it is handled within the same accountable structure. What you experience: Communication continues beyond delivery within the same accountable structure. The accountability that covered your order continues after it.

Your Order Journey — From First Message to Your Warehouse
We Start by Understanding Your World
The first conversation is not a sales call. Before products, prices, or timelines — we want to understand the market you are selling into, the standard your customers expect, and where previous suppliers have let you down.
This matters because every decision after this — which manufacturer we work with, what QC standard we apply, how the shipment is documented — flows from knowing your world, not just your order specification.
We respond to every enquiry within 24 hours. Gulmohar S handles initial conversations directly.
We Select and Control the Right Production Source — Not the Most Convenient One
NexaCrest operates through a controlled network of specialist manufacturing partners — selected against defined criteria for each product category. We identify and control the right production source for your specific product and market standard: the right region, the right facility, the right capability.
We do not default to the most convenient production option. We recommend the one that is right for you. Before any quotation is prepared, you receive a clear description of what is being proposed and why it fits your requirement.
You Approve Before Anything Proceeds
Before any bulk order is confirmed, samples are arranged for your review. You assess the material against your market’s standards. You decide when you are satisfied.
Once you approve, that approval becomes Checkpoint 02 of the NexaCrest Order Standard — the binding reference for every quality check that follows. Nothing proceeds on our convenience. Quotation, order documentation, and payment confirmation follow only after your sample sign-off.
We Manage Production, Inspection, and the Journey to Your Port
During production, you receive updates at key milestones. Before anything is loaded, a pre-shipment inspection is carried out against your locked specification — Checkpoint 04. If something does not meet your standard at this stage, it is corrected before dispatch.
Export documentation is prepared in parallel: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any certificates required for your destination country. You receive the full document set before or at the time of shipment.
We Stay. After Delivery.
After your shipment arrives and clears customs, NexaCrest follows up directly. Not an automated email. A direct message from Gulmohar asking how the product performed in your market, whether your customers are satisfied, and whether anything needs attention.
If there is a problem — with the product, the documentation, or anything that emerged after delivery — that conversation startswith us. Not after you have spent time tracking us down. Problems are acknowledged, not deflected.
The first order is the beginning of the relationship. The follow-up after that delivery is where we earn the second one.

How Long Does This Take?
Honest ranges — not promises we cannot keep. Every order gets a specific timeline confirmed before you commit.
First conversation to quotation: 24-48 hours after your requirements are clear. Sample to your approval: 7-21 days depending on product and your location. Order to production complete: 15-45 days depending on category and volume. Production to vessel departure: 7-14 days for inspection and documentation. Vessel to your port (Europe/UK): 20-30 days. Middle East: 10-15 days.
Total first enquiry to cargo at your port: 8-14 weeks typical.
NOTE:
We will not quote a timeline we cannot meet. If anything affects your schedule, you hear about it from us before it becomes a problem for you.
